It's great to be starting 2023 with an OGCC success story! Our very own Emily Bell has recently signed for Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
Emily is 11 years old, and last season played for our U11's, U13's, U15's and Ladies teams at OGCC. She has made a real impression, with not just her incredible talent for cricket, but also her attitude and enthusiasm. It's been great to see her confidence grow.
Now we are proud to announce that her talent is also being recognised and nurtured by our County Team, who have asked Emily to join their U13 Performance Squad. We couldn't be happier for her. Remember us when you're playing for England, Emily!
