All members, players, etc are reminded that the forthcoming AGM is to take place at the cricket club on the 6th February 2024 from 7.30pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend to have your say on the 2024 season.
Dave Donnelly has stated that he would like to step down from his long term role as vice chairman. Recognition for Dave's dedication to the club was given at last weeks presentation evening with Dave being awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award. A massive thank you must be given to Dave for all his service as vice chairman over the years.
Further more, existing 2nd team captain and vice captain, Declan Hall and Ste Allcock have expressed their intention to stand down for the the 2024 season. We would like to thank Dec and Ste for their efforts in what was a strong season for our 2nd team last year. As such we are now seeking nominations for all the above noted positions.
We are also looking for someone to take on the the role as Club sponsorship lead. We have a fantastic sponsorship package already in place and many sponsors signed up, we just require someone to take the lead on this going forward.
Therefore ahead of the AGM this year we are welcoming nominations in advance for vacant positions. Below is a list for the vacant positions;
